2️⃣ Shop Your Favourite Fragrances – Earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases at Just Perfume.
3️⃣ Unlock Your Reward – When your balance reaches 200 points, you unlock a $10 reward.
4️⃣ Redeem Your Reward – Apply your reward to orders of $200 or more at checkout.
5️⃣ Keep Earning – Continue shopping to earn points and unlock future rewards.
Points can only be earned on eligible purchases and may not apply to discounted or promotional items.
Just Perfume Rewards – Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Just Perfume Rewards Program. By participating in the program, you agree to the following terms.
1. Eligibility
Participation in the Just Perfume Rewards Program is free and available to customers who create an account on the Just Perfume website. Points are only issued to registered customer accounts.
Just Perfume reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate participation in the program where misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity is suspected.
2. Earning Points
Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases at Just Perfume.
Points are added to your account after an order has been successfully completed and processed.
Points may not be awarded on:
• Discounted or promotional items
• Orders cancelled or refunded
• Gift cards or non-eligible products
Just Perfume reserves the right to determine which purchases are eligible for points.
3. Reward Redemption
Once a customer reaches 200 points, they may redeem those points for a $10 reward.
Rewards can only be applied to orders with a minimum cart value of $200.
Rewards must be applied during checkout and cannot be added after an order has been placed.
Rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
Rewards cannot be combined with automatic promotions, sale discounts, or other discount codes unless explicitly stated.
4. Discount Combinations
Rewards cannot be combined with automatic discounts, promotional offers, or other discount codes unless explicitly stated.
Where automatic promotions or sales are active, reward redemption may be temporarily disabled.
5. Points Balance
Customers can view their points balance and available rewards through the Rewards panel on the Just Perfume website.
Points are linked to the customer account under which they were earned and cannot be transferred between accounts.
Points may expire after 12 months of account inactivity.
6. Returns and Refunds
If an order that earned points is cancelled or refunded, the points earned from that order may be removed from the customer’s account.
If a reward was used on an order that is later cancelled or refunded due to a change of mind, the reward value may be removed from the customer’s account or deducted from the refund, where applicable.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Program Changes
Just Perfume reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Program at any time.
Changes may include adjustments to point-earning rates, reward values, redemption thresholds, or the program structure.
Where reasonably possible, notice of significant changes will be provided on the Just Perfume website.
8. Program Abuse
Any misuse, manipulation, or fraudulent use of the Rewards Program may result in the cancellation of points, the removal of rewards, or the suspension of the associated customer account.
9. General Conditions
Participation in the Just Perfume Rewards Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Just Perfume reserves the right to make the final decision on all matters relating to the program.
